In some cases, and when the price is agreed upon during the visit, the survey and services can be performed by our surveyors on the same day. Normally they’ll be scheduled separately.
- RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE
Following our assessment visit, we’ll email you a quotation via our Client Hub. You’ll also receive a text to let you know the quotation is available to view. You can then either approve the quotation or request to make changes. Once approved, we’ll contact you to schedule the work.
- ON THE DAY
A team of two or three experienced professionals will arrive at the scheduled time to complete the appointed works on the day. Depending on access, we may request cars to be moved to provide our truck and woodchipper space. Don’t worry – we regularly fit safely into tight spaces.
- THE WRAP-UP
Upon completing the job items, you’ll be given a chance to check over the work and ensure it meets your expectations. Your garden will be left tidy, with waste removed were agreed upon during the quotation process. The team will then leave, and the administration team will follow up.
- A JOB WELL DONE
After our visit, we’ll contact you to ensure theirs no unresolved issues, and we will issue an invoice for payment. Our customers can pay in several ways, including bank transfer and by credit/debit card.
